What We Offer

We offer a range of therapy services to meet most needs.

Our Process

Schedule an Intake

We gather background information to assess what you need while explaining the process of therapy. We triage any situations that may require it while working with you to formulate a plan. We discuss financial implications of services. And we help you make a commitment to putting in the work necessary to improve your lives. If not already completed, initial paperwork should be signed during your first session.

Build Rapport

Whether you walk in the door confident and ready to go or nervous and unsure how to proceed, our therapists work to set your mind at ease. The first few sessions, an emphasis is placed on making sure we are the right fit for you. Not a fan? We are happy to allow you to try multiple therapists or refer you to other clinicians outside of our practice. We don’t care where you find help. We just want you to find what you are looking for. Don’t settle!

Plan with Purpose

It may not always seem like it, but a lot of care is taken to choose what therapeutic modalities and interventions we use with each client. Each person is unique and each situation is unique. Every one of our therapists have their own particular style, but are well versed in multiple types of therapy. You can schedule knowing that you are truly in the hands of professionals.

Check in Regularly

While we love to see all types of clients and form meaningful professional relationships, therapy is ideally a time limited process. It SHOULD end. Just want to come in and vent and set space in your week for yourself? We won’t stop you! Self care is important. But for many clients, once insight is made, tools are honed, and issues are addressed, it is not uncommon to mutually discuss discharge. Plus, nothing says you can’t come back in the future if the need arises.
